Cancellation policy If you want to cancel your booking to Villa Katie we reserve the right to make a cancellation charge as shown below which relates to the timing of your cancellation and your scheduled Arrival date to Villa Katie. The time we receive your cancellation instruction would be considered to be the time of cancellation. 12 weeks or more before your Arrival date: Your 30% deposit. 10 to 12 weeks or more before your arrival date: 50% of the full cost. less than 10 weeks before your Arrival date: the full cost. However, we will use all reasonable endeavours to secure an alternative booking for the same period at a non-discounted price. We will advertise the dates available to try to have them filled. If we secure a booking we will refund some or all of your booking fee or deposit depending on the nature and length of the replacement booking. We therefore advise that you take out adequate travel insurance when making a booking. If we have to cancel your booking for any other reason it will only be in extreme or catastrophic circumstances such as loss of or severe damage to the property. If the situation should arise then we will refund your payment in full. We have never had to cancel a booking.
